HR Brand Award of Belarus 2015

IBA Group wins in the category «Choice of Experts» and receives the second–place prize in the category «Republic» for its project «Talent Constructor – HR Competence Management Portal in HR Brand Award of Belarus 2015»

On December 9, 2015, the awarding ceremony of HR Brand Award of Belarus 2015 took place at the Renaissance hotel. HR Brand Award Belarus is an annual independent award for the most successful work in strengthening the reputation of the company as an employer.

The IBA Group’s project «Talent Constructor – HR Competence Management Portal» won in the special category «Choice of Experts». The winners of this category were determined by a community of more than 200 professionals, attending project presentations. In addition, IBA Group received the second–place prize in the category «Republic».

The software solution «Talent Constructor» is an automated HR management ERP system that can be used at enterprises, specializing in transport and logistics, telecommunications, financial and credit system, health-care, as well as in IT companies and other enterprises, where business performance and problem solving are directly dependent on the qualification of personnel, its competence level and coordinated collaboration.

«HR-Brand Award of Belarus» deals with successful projects in the field of human resource and is awarded to companies that have created prominent projects for current and potential employees. The award has been held in Belarus since 2014. The objective of HR Brand Award is to select, evaluate and promote successful HR-practices.

In 2015, a total of 21 projects were nominated for the award, 18 of them competing in major categories.

Expert jury determined the winners in 4 major categories: Republic, Region, World and Capital, as well as in 2 special categories: Choice of Experts (where from all the projects submitted in four major categories only one is selected) and Equal Opportunities that is designed for employers dealing with the employment of people with disabilities.
